Trampolines

When will I receive my product?
Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy as different brands may vary with delivery times.

Where is the trampoline measured from?
Measured from the one side of the frame to another. The bounce mat size is dependant on the size of the frame and length of springs. On all our trampolines, if you take off 2ft in any given direction this will give you the approx bounce area.

Can the net’s position on a Telstar Trampoline be changed?
Unfortunately, the net is in a fixed position as shown on the display images.

Can the zip on a Telstar Trampoline change position?
All nets are manufactured for the zip to be in the position shown on images of the product. Unfortunately, this cannot be changed.

What could be a possible cause of stains or discolouration on the padding?
UV radiation environmental factors: The protective edges have been developed to resist UV radiation from the sun, but over the years UV radiation will contribute to discolouration of the protective edge. In comparison: when you apply suncream you can lie in the sun for longer without getting sunburnt, but after a while you will still burn, even after using suncream.

Can you put a cover over a trampoline with a safety net?
Yes. The safety net poles are attached to the frame leaving a three-centimetre space. This space is sufficient for a protective cover.

What is the difference between a round and a rectangular trampoline?
A round trampoline has an optimum “bounce point” in the centre of the trampoline, which is where you can make the highest and the best jumps. When jumping you are slightly pushed back to this centre point, which means you can make the best jumps all over again. A rectangular trampoline has an optimum “bounce line”, which means that the line along the middle of the trampoline is the best place to jump. When jumping you are pushed back to this line instead of the centre point. In this way, very efficient use is made of the ideal jumping space.

Climbing Frames

If I am buying a bridge to connect my two towers, do they both need to be the same height?
Yes, if you are looking to buy a bridge to connect your towers, both platforms need to be the same height. For example, both platform heights need to be 1.5m tall.

Do the swing modules come with the hooks for the swings?
Yes, when buying any swing module, including the Freeswing and Deck Swing, you will not need to purchase to hooks separately. They are already included in the price.

Patio Heaters

How are the electric patio heaters fitted?
Our electric patio heaters are either free standing or wall mounted. All electric patio heaters are equipped with a 3 metre cable that plug into the wall. However, our Mensa-Heating heaters are fitted with a 2m cable.

Do the gas patio heaters come with a cover?
You do have the option to buy a cover with all our vertical patio heaters. We do not yet stock covers for our horizontal patio heaters as of yet.
